- DISCUSSIONS ARE WRITTEN IN ENGLISH. While the artist can speak other languages, we encourage discussing your commission/request in English to avoid misunderstanding.- PAY FIRST POLICY. The commissioner must pay 50% of the price to begin the commission as an initial payment and then pay the other 50% remaining payment after completion. Commissioners may also opt to pay full price upfront.- FAILURE TO PAY AT LEAST 50% OF INITIAL PAYMENT TO START THE COMMISSION WITHIN THE WEEK AFTER INQUIRING A SLOT, the request will be placed under the "on-hold or unsure" column on the queue. After 3 weeks of no response or update from the commissioner, I will have to FORFEIT THE SLOT and give it to another client.- All commissioned work is for PERSONAL USE only. Promotional artwork for corporate/indie VTubers and streamers is accepted as long as it is not sold as merchandise. For merchandise hiring, please negotiate in email.- for COMMERCIAL USE-related commissioned artwork, please discuss this with the artist through email. ([email protected])- The Artist has the right to decline a client's commission.- Commissioners have the right to post my work on their own accounts- Commissioners must credit the artist, and cannot claim the artwork as their own creation.- The artist has the right to show the process via streaming on YouTube, however the commissioner also has the right to request that their commission progress is hidden.
Rest assured, all live streams are set to private after streaming.- All commissioned artwork is NON-REFUNDABLE.- Payment is only accepted through Ko-fi or PayPal directly. Local payments (Singapore) are accepted but will be processed through a manager to protect the artist's privacy.- REGARDING PRIVACY. Any names shown on the payment processing platforms is strictly confidential. Names of managers involved behind 'kleineshines' must not be shared for malicious intents such as doxxing, stalking, and such. The artist and managers will not record your legal name for any other purpose than commission and legal purposes only. It is expected of the commissioner to do the same for the artist kleineshines and his managers.- RESELLING of the commission is PROHIBITED. Please do not make any profit from my commissioned work. If you plan to make a profit, the piece will fall under the commercial-use work category.- Please provide visual references. Written descriptions without a visual aid for original characters will not be accepted. Documents and PowerPoint Presentations are deeply appreciated.- You're only given THREE(3) FREE REVISIONS during the SKETCH PHASE. Further revisions will be charged 20 USD (4 Kofi) per change. Revisions do not refer to corrections of an error made by the artist.You may correct a detail that the artist may have misinterpreted or forgotten. Clear visual references and some notes are appreciated to prevent multiple revisions.- REGARDING CORRECTIONS, corrections do not refer to intentional stylistic choices of the artist. We do not accept corrections that involve change of the way the artist draws. This will count as REVISION, and will be charged.If you want a specific style, please discuss this BEFORHAND during the sketch phase.- EDITING OF SKETCH FOR CORRECTIONS. While this is appreciated, please ask beforehand to edit the sketches. It makes the commission process easier and faster if you explain clearly beforehand to avoid multiple revisions and corrections.- Working hours are 6 PM- 10 PM (GMT+8), only on weekdays. I don't work on weekends.- Commissions will take about 1 week to 2 months to complete, depending on the complexity and volume of orders.
